Delta Fitness has partnerships with leading suppliers domestically and across the globe. We are not greedy; we want to supply you with all the gear you need at a fair price. We do not have CEO’s flying in G6’s and ten people in marketing working on the font on our “add to cart” button. Lean and Mean is our motto and that is why our prices and quality are unmatched.

This is a very common question and one of the most important decisions you need to make when buying equipment. Cast Iron is cheaper…. that is the only positive. That said, you will see Delta rubber bumper plates are the same price as many cast iron sets online so that argument is shot. Rubber is not only safer for your floors, it has a great bounce factor so if you are lifting and drop your weights, you won’t create a crater in your floors. Protect your floors and yourself (ever drop cast iron from a hang clean? ooff) and buy rubber.

Depending on each good, we either manufacture our goods in the good ole USA or in Asia. Unfortunately, some products simply are not able to be produced here in the USA at the scale and price point to be competitive and that is why we go out of our way to be sure we cannot produce here in the US before outsourcing to Asia.

If you do not love an item, we may go into a small bout of depression but will always allow a return within 30 days of you receiving said product. We get it, sometimes it’s not you, it’s us (sniffle). In this case, you as the buyer will have to pay return shipping or a local drop off at our facility here in Chicago is an option as well. We will do all we can to make a wrong a right so please reach out to us.

This may come as a major shocker, but Delta Fitness is a small company. We know, we know. Gasp. That being said, we want to work with you and do all we can to not only increase your trust in us but be your go to fitness supplier. 

Local pickup is something we offer because shipping heavy, big items is expensive and, in some cases, what makes gym equipment so darn costly. We offer pickup because if you are our neighbor or up for a drive, we want to save you money. 

Place an order for local pick up, we will email/text you at the info shared during checkout and we will arrange a pickup in no more than two business days. Order before 2pm, and we can arrange same day pickup, if possible, on our side. 

Arrive at our facility and we will wheel out your brand-new equipment right to your car, load you up and you will be on your way.
